About Me
hi, I’m Diana Spinka, a certified breathwork coach helping people reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and restore balance — through simple, science-backed breathing practices
I’ve experienced first-hand the transformative power of breathwork. For years, I struggled with anxiety, panic attacks, and digestive issues. I couldn’t sleep, constantly felt drained, and even developed eczema.

But through dedicated breathwork practices, I healed my nervous system, calmed my mind, and gained energy.

Today, I’m passionate about helping others — from busy entrepreneurs and corporate professionals to anyone feeling the weight of daily stress and screens — to reconnect with their body’s natural rhythm through conscious breathing, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation.

I’m a certified breathwork coach, trained with Aira Breathwork Academy in the Foundations of Breathwork program. This course introduced me to the science and depth behind conscious breathing — from regulating the nervous system to emotional release and energy balance.

My training follows the international standards of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA), and I’m currently continuing my education toward full GPBA certification to deepen my knowledge and support others on a professional level.
